Dial Supportive Home Care

Ohio Shared Living
Providing personalized care for your needs.
Dial Supportive Home Health Care offers Ohio Shared Living (OSL). This supportive option allows individuals with developmental disabilities to receive personalized care while living in a shared home with a caregiver.
Through OSL, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) make long-term commitments to assist with daily routines, provide meaningful support, and create inclusive home environments that foster stability and lasting relationships.
Services may be provided in either the caregiver’s home or the individual’s home and are tailored to each person’s needs based on an assessment and Individual Service Plan (ISP).
OSL is available to individuals enrolled in the Individual Options (IO) Waiver and may be authorized when a live-in caregiver provides a significant portion of the required personal care and support services.
