Dial Supportive Home Care provides Adult Day Support services in non-residential, community-based settings. These services help individuals build meaningful connections, increase independence, and actively participate in their communities.
Our experienced caregivers support individuals with a wide range of developmental needs by helping them:
Build social skills and form new relationships
Explore community activities and resources
Travel safely and independently within the community
Learn about employment and volunteer opportunities
While participating in Adult Day Support, individuals may also receive assistance with personal care, including toileting, meals, medication support, and daily hygiene.
Adult Day Support services are determined through an assessment by the individual’s Service and Support Administrator (SSA). If a need is identified, the service is included in the individual’s personalized service plan.
Personal care and supervision to support hygiene, mobility, communication, eating, dressing, and toileting
Skill reinforcement, including behavioral support strategies and assistance with communication or mobility devices
Self-determination training, such as building self-advocacy and decision-making skills
Recreation and leisure activities that are therapeutic in nature and support social connection, family relationships, and community involvement
